- Designs and Manages Help Desk Appearance
- Manages Student Ticket System
- Assist with iCat Meeting Agenda
- Analyzes student/teacher needs
- Oversees all iCat positions
- Responsible for checking in with everyone on a weekly basis and reporting back to iCat supervisor.

- Works directly with iCat Student Training Center Manager

- Creates sign up Google Form for students to sign up for Help Sessions
