Straight Ace
Straight Ace is much like LearnZillion as it offers resources for learning. This also qualifies as a supplementary eLearning system. It is a great tool to offer extra practice in tier time, center time and in long periods of instruction. You can monitor student progress and even discover if they have read or skipped a lesson before taking the assessment. Amber Pitts and Jeff Sellers have tried this in their classrooms and have plans to continue to using it with small groups or remediation groups. It has been an incredible tool for enhancement and review! Check it out!

Attention: Please take time to back up your macbook!
It is wise that you take the time to purchase an external hard drive for back up with time machine or move all of your documents to Google Drive. If something should happen to your macbook, there is no guarantee that Jenny or Rob can retrieve your information.
For peace of mind, I would seriously consider backing up your files somehow. It happens to the best of us and when we least expect it (or need it).
Staples offers some fabulous prices for external hard drives as I am sure other stores do as well. That is just my store of choice.
If you have questions concerning backing up your Macbook, please email me. We can set up a time after school to make this happen.
